Hi - we are using videoask as a christmas greeting mechanism (zapier to auto send recorded video greetings to recipients). At the moment recipients cant view the videos as only videoask account holders can view the videos - is there any way around this? (i.e. make response url public)

All you need to do is toggle on the ‘Share all interactions’ setting in any of the responses you’ve received. This will make public all your responses, so anyone on the Internet can access the videos.

For some reason we can’t toggle share all interactions? the other 2 works and i have tried turning them off/on in different combinations/sequenence but no luck.
Am i missing something here?
@Nathaniel Loe, sorry about that! This is a known cosmetic bug that our engineering team is fixing.
Try refreshing the page. If you refresh and it’s green/toggled on, you’re good to go!
If it’s still grey after refreshing, toggle it on again (nothing will happen). Then refresh, and it should be green.
