We are a small community club with little income and I created a small survey for future planning.
Once completed I closed our type form account only to be charged £25 again.
I closed our account a second time and ensured it was complete and I have just been hustled for a further £25 we can’t afford.
I would contact Typeform direct, however, there is no account contact whatsoever!
Any advice on how get out of this contract with the devil!
