Applying same image to questions in a question group

Hi, I'm new to Typeform. How do I apply the same image (and image settings) to a few questions within the same question group?

Hi @Melissa Happy Friday! If you set the image as a background, this will show behind all of the questions. Though, if you’d like it to appear on multiple questions as one of the side images, you’ll need to edit each question manually.
