I’ve subscribed for one single month without automatic renewal and got charged for the past 8 months for it. 

didn't use the platform for the past 8 months I feel scammed and I want a refund for it, anyone encountered that issue before ?

Hi @momentum seeds All of our plans are subscription plans, meaning your account will automatically renew. If you didn’t cancel before the renewal date, you will need to contact our support team here for further help.
