Has anyone in this forum suffered from Typeform's deceptive strategy of not letting cancel the monthly plan, days before the end of the month as promised, to ensure in an abusive and cheating way that users have to pay an additional month?

After consulting with support, they reply that they can effectively cancel your service, at the end of the month that they RENEWED you in an abusive way.

Who else has suffered this abuse and how do they feel compelled to continue another month with a service that they do not want to use EVER again?

Hi @Cesar Lozano Thanks for stopping by the community and sharing your feedback.

It’s best to continue your email thread with the support team, as we can’t access your account here in the community and nor can any of the community members.

One thing to note is that if you want to cancel your account, you’ll need to follow the steps here. The account will remain open for the time you’ve already paid, so if you cancel your account within a billing period, it will remain open for the month or year you’ve already paid for.

Can you confirm that you’ve successfully cancelled your account by following the steps above? Thanks in advance!

Hi again, @Cesar Lozano ! I talked to our support team about your case, and they’ve let me know they refunded you. :grinning:  It sounds like this has been sorted out correctly, but if there’s anything else we can help with, please let us know!
