Have you been wrongly charged by Typeform and try to talk to them but not finding a why to do so?


We have been wrongly charged by Typeform and can not find a way to talk to their team other than this community forum. Shouldn’t they have a support email, a place to raise tickets, or simply, a phone number?

Disappointing

Hi @Frameworks Our support team has already been communicating with your company via email. Can you let me know if you’re receiving those emails? Sometimes they do end up in spam.

Have been charged twice, incorrectly, as result, Typeform us owe us £188.17 we have contacted Typeform no answer yet, They don't have an easy way to reach them, dissapointing customer service.

They should have a phone number and an email like most normal companies.
