My name is Nikhil Shukla, and I am a student developer currently enrolled in the Computer Science and Engineering program at Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I encountered while trying to claim the offer for the Typeform Free Professional Plan for one year through the GitHub Student Developers Pack.
I followed the instructions provided to redeem the offer through the GitHub Student Developers Pack, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, when I attempted to claim the offer, the Typeform site did not respond, and I was unable to proceed with the redemption process. I have tried multiple times, but unfortunately, the problem persists.
To help you understand the issue better, I have attached a screenshot of the error message that I encountered during my attempts. Please find the screenshot attached to this email.
I highly value the features offered by Typeform's Professional Plan, and I was excited about the opportunity to explore its capabilities for my projects. However, due to this technical difficulty, I have been unable to take advantage of the offer.
