Need Help with the Github subscription, not getting any reply!!

Dear Typeform Support Team,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Nikhil Shukla, and I am a student developer currently enrolled in the Computer Science and Engineering program at  Satyug Darshan Institute of Engineering & Technology. I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I encountered while trying to claim the offer for the Typeform Free Professional Plan for one year through the GitHub Student Developers Pack.

I followed the instructions provided to redeem the offer through the GitHub Student Developers Pack, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, when I attempted to claim the offer, the Typeform site did not respond, and I was unable to proceed with the redemption process. I have tried multiple times, but unfortunately, the problem persists.

To help you understand the issue better, I have attached a screenshot of the error message that I encountered during my attempts. Please find the screenshot attached to this email.

I highly value the features offered by Typeform's Professional Plan, and I was excited about the opportunity to explore its capabilities for my projects. However, due to this technical difficulty, I have been unable to take advantage of the offer.

I would sincerely appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible. If there are any specific steps or additional information you require from my end, please do not hesitate to let me know.

I'm facing the same issue. Even when I tried opening the link in incognito mode and in another browser, I'm still getting the same issue.

If you have already contacted Typeform Support as Liz suggested, you will need to wait for them to respond. that is the official Typeform Support mechanism. 

This Community site is not monitored 24x7 by Typeform staff.

I am sorry to inform you that my problem has not been resolved yet. I was in a hurry because I have an urgent task at my college where I need to use Typeform. However, I am still facing the same error repeatedly and I am unable to claim my student offer. 

Could you kindly look into this matter and assist me in resolving it?

Hi @Nikhil_Shukla Our support team is going to be the best help, as they have access to your account and billing information. Can you confirm that you’ve received their email? If not, it may be in the spam folder, so I’d suggest taking a peek there!

Yes @Liz, I received that email and followed the instructions as written, but I still encountered the same issue. 

I have been searching for assistance for the past three days, but I am still unable to make progress.

Hello @Liz ,

after clearly mentioning the screenshots and a video recording, they are saying that in recording they wasn't able to see if your student status is already verified with github from that video recording, I don’t know if they ignored the screen shots.

and i just experience such a good support, i don’t know what to say it has been 6 days ago i posted here my issue, mailed my query but yet now, nothing happend.
