Hi did anyone else have the payment taken but the account not upgraded?

 

How long did it take to fox this?

Hi @lisa ofla I would suggest reaching out to our billing team directly here, as they have access to your account and payments whereas we do not in the community. 😪

I have just this is something I need fixed urgently and I want to know how long it takes to fix?
