Unable to make the payment

I have been trying to make payment from India. I have activated the international payment mode in my card however the payment is still not going through. Can someone please help

Hi @Olivia Michael Thanks for stopping by the community! The best thing to do would be to contact our billing team directly, as they can look into error messages in payments. You can contact them here.

I am getting this same issue.  This is frustrating.  I have an event happening tomorrow and to upgrade my account.  I sent a message in already.
