Unable to make the payment | Community

I have been trying to make payment from India. I have activated the international payment mode in my card however the payment is still not going through. Can someone please help

I am getting this same issue.  This is frustrating.  I have an event happening tomorrow and to upgrade my account.  I sent a message in already. 

 


Hi @evolvefittribe If you haven’t already, you’ll definitely want to contact our support team. They can look at why the payment is failing to help with your account.
