I like the tracked login idea
My industry requires FULL LEGAL NAME, so I’d like to see a middle name option added to the contact form - or maybe a new, different contact form that can have that option.
Also, GHL (GoHighLevel) is one of the fastest growing CRM’s in the nation and I’d like to have an integration that ports information over.
Better organisation features is my biggest feature request:
- Folders within workspaces
- Ability to sort workspaces alphabetically
- Custom # tagging of forms, and # tag search
- Ability to filter forms: hide/show-only forms with zero responses
- Ability to sort forms by ‘recently received responses’
I would like each question to have a unique question ID (eg UQID 1.0). I would also like to be able to submit those questions to a library. I would then like the ability to change a published question indicating if this is now an entirely new question not related to UQID 1.0 (eg UQID 2.0) or similar enough to the original that a child question ID is needed (eg UQID 1.1). For example, UQID 1.0 is the original. If I change it, I can decide before I publish to make it UQID 1.0, UQID 1.1 or an entirely new UQID 2.0.
Similarly, I would like to create a library of unique answer sets. Then I can add the answer set ASID 001, 002, 003, etc… instead of yes, no, maybe (ASID 001) - yes, no, sometimes (ASID 002), etc… I can also manage whether this new change to a previously published question-answer set changes it sufficiently so as not be comparable to the previous version or if the change is immaterial and can be included in the original response data set.
Finally, I can decide to share specific elements or entire forms from my library with other creators for reuse for efficiency, standardization, or compliance (ie - informed consent).
I run into this challenge when conducting longitudinal research spanning several years.
On the forms management side it would be incredibly valuable for myself to see forms that are open to new responses. So in addition to the top row of headers having, Responses, Completion, Updates, and Integrations, it would be cool to have a visual status or text status letting me know in seconds if the form is still open. I oversee a few workspaces with some of my coworkers and knowing if something is expired will help me archive it and move it out of active directories or even delete them to keep our workspaces cleaner and more efficient as we move through the year creating new forms for various purposes.
We would really like to have the ability on the form for our clients to be able to download the form they filled out, so they have a copy of it for their records and also for them to be able to download and print that information so they can send it in with their items to be serviced. Thank you! Please make this happen!
Suggestion for a new question type: map.
User stories:
- As a creator of a Typeform, I’d like to give the users the option to select their country from a map, so that I don’t have to give them a massive list or only a few selected countries, since my form is focused on a particular geographical area, but neighboring countries are also welcome. Currently, this is implemented via 2 questions: in the first you have 3 countries on offer, or the option “Other” - which then takes you to a list of every other country in the world.
- As a user, I don’t want to select “Other” to choose my country, if my country is a close neighbor of the countries initially listed.
Additional useful features:
- Ability to choose the center point of the map and the initial zoom ratio - e.g. should the map be focused on North America, Middle Europe, East Asia, a specific country, etc. and should the map be so zoomed in you only see that one country or several countries in the vicinity.
- Map options to choose which geographic entity level can be selected: country, county/state, settlement.
Hey again!
I would love to see Form Templates in the future. I know you all have a resource already created, https://www.typeform.com/templates, but it would be great to see this on the User side. Specifically, I have a business unit within my organization that makes a wide variety of forms for different audiences, but the basic question structure and logic is quite dissimilar between them and it would be easy for them to, similar to duplicating, start with a almost fully built form to streamline their creation process and get forms out even faster.
For instance, when a user goes and creates a new form, adding a 4th option, “Start from a Template” and it brings up a menu with saved and configured templates exclusive to that organization. I could see these living in the brand kit similar to logos, themes, and fonts. But having the ability to create and save our own form templates within an organization would be huge for us!
It would be super helpful to be able to perform actions like “Duplicate”, “Copy to”, and “Move to” while having in the edit Typeform view, rather than needing to do those actions from the workspace. Sometimes it’s harder to find it in a workspace with a lot of Typeforms, but I’m already on the Typeform so I should be able to do it directly from there. Thanks!
