Hey @barriebramley thanks for calling this request out, much appreciated. Will flag this again internally with Typeform’s product development team. As I mentioned in this thread, there is currently a workaround with Zapier but agree it would make things way easier if this was built into the native GSheet/Excel integrations. I’ll let you know once I hear anything from the team. Thanks again.

Welcome along @JovanBerge Do let us know if there’s anything in particular you need help with when tracking data in Typeform – or if you have any suggestions for us :)

@barriebramley - I’m curious about having start and submit data in Google sheets/Excel. My hunch is that you’re wanting that data in sheets to do some sort of analysis. Is that right? If so, maybe we can think about ways to bring that into Typeform…

Tagging my PM colleague @ElsaH who own the integrations workflow :)

Hi Typeform Friends!

Here’s a case and feature request:

As I am putting together forms, I have been asked specifically about ticketing options. The stakeholder wants one form to sign-up for different timeslots at an event with limited seating for each, so I have a multi-select with the given time-slots.. Right now, I have been manually monitoring submission numbers for a given time slot and updating the logic or removing the option in the multi-select accordingly.

Key feature: It would be nice to see in a multi-select question an option to automatically hide option [y] when x number of responses are received where [y] answer is selected.

I did something similar when a different team was giving away items with a specific size and had limited quantities. I know you can limit Typeform responses but in these cases, I don’t think I’d want to close the whole form, instead just removing an option path that becomes no longer available while the form is still live.

Thanks so much for this feature request @joshuaf and for the detailed example. I had a look on our feature request board, and this looks like a pretty popular one so I upvoted on your behalf and added your feedback. It looks like it will be up for discussion this year, so will keep you posted if it makes it onto the roadmap!
