Personalize de options

Hello,
We would like to customize the options of a question. In such a way that we could put a title, an image and a description for each of the options, as in this case:

Hi @perticas Ah, got it. We don’t have a title option, but you could bold text in the description, if that helps a little bit.

    @Liz Yes! But the thing is we can only add an Image and a description without any format like in the image below. Disregard the image format.

    So our idea was to put the title in bold before the image, then the image and after the description for each of the options. However, we don’t know if this is feasible.
