Cannot find a way to change the actual layout

I cannot for the life of me find where to change the layout. I don’t want the entire page to be an image, I want the image on one side and the text on the other. Please tell me how to do this..

    I don’t have the option to change the Layout as shown in the tutorial above, see screenshot. How do I get this feature?

    Hi ​@Louise Stengard you’ll need to add a video or image first! Then, you’ll see that option to change the layout.
