HOW TO DELETE RECORDS FROM AN EMAIL

A user has asked us to delete any and all survey response records. How do I find the data and delete them without having to access them one by one?

Hi @QDIARIA Happy Friday! Thanks for stopping by. Iโ€™m afraid you would need to go through each form to find their information and delete it, but I am sharing this feedback with our product team. It would definitely be helpful to have a faster way of going about this.

    Yes, going in one by one would be unfeasible. Glad you took the topic for time. Thanks! While this functionality does not exist, can you create a process to send this email to you and delete them there?
