It’s just not true. Mine is published.

Thanks - I forgot to capture that.

Basically we couldn’t make follow-ups as it said the form wasn’t published. But it was actually published.

I went ahead and made a change, then republished, and it gave the options to create a followup.

Funny glitch, but that was the solution. Thanks
