I’m having an issue when trying to download image files uploaded respondents. When I go to download it tells me I have 100 responses to download, but then in the zip file there are only half, sometimes less than.
Currently I have 2888 responses, all complete, all with jpgs uploaded, but the zip file only has 1174 jps
Can anyone tell me why the files available would not match what is exported?
