I send 3 surveys embedded in an email, this is one of them
you can see that 33 customers clicked, and I can see the score (6, 8, 10,8,10, 2, 8, etc)
but in the typeform “Results” tab i can see just 17 results.

It isn’t uncommon for there to be a difference in stats between typeform and your ESP provider. This is because the reader can click on the link to the typeform, but close it before it fully opens. Though, your ESP will count this as a click and Typeform won’t.
