Unique Export or Report for Trainer based upon Answer to Question...

Hi there,

We’re a training organisation considering the usage of Typeform, but need to check if it’s possible to setup unique exports or reports to either be accessed or sent directly to our team members.

For example, there will be a question called ‘Who was your trainer today?’ with 20 different possible answers. If the questionnaire is filled out 15 times on a particular day with the answer Jane Smith and 12 times with the answer Bob Davies, then we would like Jane Smith to be able to access the results to her respondents at the end of the day, but to only see hers, not Bob’s, as this would be confidential.

Ideally she would be able to access these results via a unique URL link at the end of each day. Alternatively, she could be emailed a spreadsheet report of ‘her results’. 

Is this functionality possible in Typeform and if so, how would we go about setting this up?

For separating your data you need to use a database first like Google sheet where you will keep all of your data and then you will need to separate the data based on the user and send them according to there personal (trainer) google sheet. Then you can share the personal google sheet with them.
