Segmenting results in your summary report

I am having people take a survey on 5 separate dates.

The summary report shows ALL results from ALL dates.

I know I can separate results by date and download them to Excel, but:

is there any way to generate a summary report that is just based off of a single date range of my choosing?

Hi @susanem Welcome to the community! Glad to have you here.

It isn’t possible to segment the report, but you could send the data outside of Typeform to segment this and format the data as you’d like. You can see an example of this below:

@susanem I joined the community to specifically ask for this feature. My team likes to use the same survey on a rolling basis and while I’m happy to work with data outside of Typeform, my non-data-inclined colleagues really love the UI/UX of the Typeform generated report. If I could just specify a date range for responses and then create a unique link to the report based on that, we’d all be so much more informed and productive (and spend more time in Typeform’s product!)

Thanks for the information, @taylsa0 ! I’ll share this with the product team. 😀
