The responses are no longer being emailed to us!

Yesterday al of a sudden we stopped receiving the responses once the form is filled in and completed. We also get the responses emailed to the email address in the notification section.  Please can someone help me!!!

Hi @Hope Have you checked your notification settings? Are the notifications turned on and changes to the form have been published

But where do I make the setting so that I get the responses to my email?
