Sharing link results

Dear friends:

I need to share the results of a typeform created on last december. We created it with a Basic Plan but now we changed to the free one. We need to share the results with our customer

When we try to go to the sharing results link we get the message:

This report is private. To view or share it, please make sure your typeform's not private

I have tried (I think) all the possible solutions found in the help center but it does not work.

Is it something related to the free plan? Can you help me with this, please, or spread some light?

Hi @Jorge Gonzalvo If you downgrade or cancel your subscription, you will no longer be able to generate reports of forms with paid features that are not included in your plan. If you still want to generate a report, you'll have to remove paid features from your typeform first.

Once you remove those paid features, you’l be able to access your report.

    So, if I upgrade the plan this month will I be able to generate the report?

    Hi @Jorge Gonzalvo That is correct - you’ll want to re-subscribe to the plan you previously had in order to view the report.
