Questionnaire only returning one of two hidden fields

Hi, I am currently sending out our survey embedded in an email with personalised URLs (topic & ID). The topic is returned as expected for all survey responents (string), the ID hidden field (string with letters and numbers) is not being returned for any of the survey responses. I double checked the URL and the hidden field settings and could not detect any issues. Is there anything else I need to keep in mind?

@Arina - welcome to the community.. could you show a screenshot of the url that is being sent INTO the typeform and the hidden fields that you have created from the Advanced Logic area?

that will help us troubleshoot..
