Plz help! How do I auto-send quiz results page to customer? (End of quiz results page only)

I’ve built a quiz with multiple scores in the final results page. 

How do I set only that one final page of results to auto-send? (not all questions individually.)

(I’m new to this, TIA - Should the email sign up be on that page instead of at start where it currently is? Or a button setup somehow? Step-by-step instructions appreciated!)

I’m confused how to apply both these articles so that the FINAL scores page emails automatically to respondent :
