My ending isn’t showing after I answer the last question. help please!

two simple questions:
- have you published the form yet?? (did not on my first and had same error)
- do you have a redirect on completion set up? if you do, as soon as you hit the submit button, it will go to the target page and not your ending page. (subtly of how the logic works)
