Typeform is not sending all responses to slack

I have two forms integrated with a slack channel, most of the responses are coming through to the slack channel, but a few are not as well. I checked to make sure there was no emojis in the responses and the character limit was not reached on the responses that where not sent to the channel. Any idea as to why some of the responses are integrating but not others?

Thank you in advance

Huh that is odd. I’m sorry about the issues with this. It might be best to have the technical support team take a look at the logs to see why those responses aren’t passing to Slack. You can contact them here, and to help speed things up, you can also referencing this post.

Hi @Cooper Thanks for stopping by the community! Do you happen to know if there is any commonality between the responses that aren’t coming through, such as similar answers to questions?

Not that I am aware off. No irregular characters that are used, and answers that are used for every question where also used in others.

Hi @truman sorry to hear this is happening to you too. I’m not sure what the resolution for this was, so it might be worth reaching out to the technical support team for help with the integration, unless @Cooper can remember how it was fixed?
