Form not showing up in Hubspot

Hi there,

I’ve created a typeform (some time ago) and now connected it with my hubspot CRM to take it live. When testing it the data is coming in properly to my hubspot contact list.

But what I don’t see is the typeform in my forms list in hubspot. And therefore I can’t trigger a workflow based on the form which I need in my use case. I also use two other typeforms and they show up properly in hubspot.

Any idea how to check and fix this?

Hi @originalconfidence Thanks for stopping by the community! Are you the owner of the form that’s connected in Hubspot (and missing)? If not, this would be why the form isn’t appearing, and you’ll want to connect it to Hubspot under the owner’s account.

Hey @originalconfidence! Hope you're having a nice day! Can you let us know if you're the owner of the form that is connected to Hubspot? That might be the answer of why your form is not appearing! Let us know if you were able to solve this!
