400: [INTERNAL_REQUEST] UNKNOWN_ID -- Help pls

No matter what I do I can’t get past this error:

400: [INTERNAL_REQUEST] UNKNOWN_ID

Does anyone know why? I did have a Zapier call to it but I’ve since deleted the Zap to see if that was responsible
