I have been trying to cancel my subscription for two years and I just got charged a hefty fee again. Can people recommend ways to successfully engage Typeform Customer Service in order to get a refund for a charge?

You will need to submit a ticket via this link to the billing support team. It’s best if you are logged into your Typeform account when creating the ticket so the support team have the correct email address for you and get to your account faster.
