Hi,

Is it possible to create users that only have access to the results and NOT possibility to add, change or delete a form?

If Yes, how?

Hi @tojo ,

From a fellow community member - I don’t believe you can give access to only the results. A work around would be to toggle on the custom email (click the ‘gear’ icon to the right of the ‘Editor, Design, Logic’ links then click the Email Notifications and toggle on ‘Get a Custom Email when someone completes your TypeForm’). This is where you can add additional recipients to the email notification list (and change the Reply To as well).

Would this work?

@tojo - to add on to what @vickioneill said, you could Connect the survey to a Google Sheet, for example, and allow your users to see the results there .. this would get them a tabular view of the results that they could analyze etc, but not touch the typeform.

Thanks for your reply. Is there any limitations on the number of possible email recipients to register?

If you have a long list, @tojo , I suggest creating an internal distribution list or better yet creating the Google Sheet scenario that @john.desborough mentioned. I don’t know if there is a max number you can add though.
