The Business plan will allow you to use both Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics with your typeforms. You can read more about how to set both up here:

If by subdomain, you mean having something like yourcustomsubdomain.typeform.com, the Business plan will cover this too :) Here’s how to set it up:
How to customize your typeform URL
If you need a custom subdomain under your own domain name, for example forms.yourdomain.com, this would require a custom Enterprise plan.
Of course, you can always embed your typeforms into an existing website too if you prefer!
