Customer/Billing Support


I’ve been trying to get in contact with Typeform customer support for the past 24 hours to no avail. Is there a phone number that I can speak to someone? I’m trying to get my issue rectified immediately.

Yes, I already submitted a ticket and have yet to hear back. Apparently there is an issue with my plan and all my forms are down so I need to get this rectified. Typeform really should consider a live chat feature across all plan levels since that really is poor service.

Yes, my issue was escalated to a Billing Manager last week so I’m waiting for someone to get back to me. In the meantime, I don’t have any other questions. Thanks for following up.

Hi Liz,

Are you able to connect me with the Billing Manager at Typeform? My case was supposed to be sent to them for them to contact me but I haven't received any responses. I followed up with the previous rep about a time estimate and no one has gotten back to me. It’s been almost a week. Can you help?

Hello, I paid Professional Plan yearly on May 12, 2023. However, there were no further plans after that, and today (May 11, 2024) Professional Plan yearly USD 420 was automatically paid from credit card. I would like to cancel the payment. my account is not able to access due to change of email which was provided while registration.

 

On typeform there is no email id or contact numbers where we can approach. Very stressful. And not at all user friendly. I suggest everyone not to subscribe for typeform due to such irresponsible approach towards customers.  Plz ​Help :(​
