Transferring account ownership

hi

 

Im using my social account(gmail) 

I read the article about transferring account ownership below

but I couldnt change my email. what i found was only setting a new password 

 

Im gonna leave my company so need to change the ownership.

plz let me know the other way to change owner`s account or if it is possible, delete owner`s account with leaving survey data

Hi @callabo You would first need to remove the connection to the social account upon login. 

To do this, you have to click the password reset button when you try to log in. 

Then, it’ll send you an option to create a password, and then you should be able to transfer ownership. 

Let me know if that doesn’t work!
