Unable to change respondent notification message


I’ve recently had to update our respondent notification due to staff changes. However, the notification that is being sent still has the old content. I can see the updated content in the wizard. I’ve even deleted it completely and started again, but it still sends the old content.

Any ideas?

Hi @LTUDesign Have you published the changes to the form after editing the notifications?
