Boa tarde, 

Eu cancelei a minha assinatura, mas não recebi nenhum e-mail para confirmar o meu cancelamento e também não sei quando o valor será estornado/cancelamento para a fatura do meu cartão. 

 Não encontrei informações na página de vocês.

 Espera retorno e solução. Obrigado.

Did you follow the steps detailed here to cancel your account? There should have been a videoask to complete to cancel your subscription. 

I would recommend reaching out to the VideoAsk support team to confirm the cancellation, as we don’t have access to your account here in the community to check the status.

Did you follow the steps detailed here to cancel your account? There should have been a videoask to complete to cancel your subscription.
