Hi VideoAsk Team,
Is it possible to whitelabel, manage, and create VideoAsk cards for other businesses under their own domain name, but within my own VideoAsk profile. Is this feature available, and if so, could you provide more details on how it works?
I need to get started on this immediately, so a prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you can create custom domains for multiple brands under your account, so you can be managing projects for different brands from one account. We have a Help Center article here which can help with set up.
You might also want to create folders for each brand so you can easily manage everything (if you haven’t already) and you can set permissions for these folders if you have other team members in your account.

I have set a custom domain, paid for whitelabeling, expecting there to be NO reference to videoask.
yet… to my absolute horror…
strip back the sub.domain from a share - eg - ask.mydomain.com - and BANG, this defaults straight back to the videoask home page.
How can we stop that happening?
