Hello - I need to understand if a respondent re-records their video, does every re-record count towards my allowances of minutes? I'm conscious a user could re-record multiple times and so my allowance is quickly decreased. I'm hoping just each uploaded/submitted video counts towards minutes processed. Thanks in advance.

If they re-record the video and submit it (so you receive two answers from the same person for example) it will count towards your minutes, but if they record and then say no to submitting and then record again, that won’t count.
