Contact form for low ratings

Hi, 

 

I have three star rating questions on my client feedback form. I would like to bring the contact information question only if any one of the 3 star rating questions is less than 3 stars, if all 3 star rating questions are higher than 3 I would like them to end the feedback form. What’s the logic for this.

Hi @hausandhaus Thanks for stopping by! You’ll most likely want to set up logic jumps using this method. 

For example, you’ll want to set up your logic jumps like this based on the rating questions:
