How to limit one response per coloum for a matrix multiple choice question (Ranking scale)

I’m trying to create a Ranking Scale to measure preference using a matrix scale but cannot find any option to limit 1 response to 1 coloum.

Let me know if there is a solution for this

There wouldn't be a way to limit one response per column for a matrix question at the moment. So we can better understand your use case, do you mind sharing how this feature would benefit you? =)

I have the same usecase.

want to discover from a set of features (6-10 rows) what’s most and whats least preferred feature (2 columns) for a user to determine a relative preference score.

this works best when only one response is possible per column (most and least)
