Webhook requests made but not received

Hello,

We have a problem, webhook requests are reported as being made by Typeform when a survey has been completed and with a 200 OK response from the webhook, but are not actually being received by the webhook.

We are investigating this on the webhook side, but how do we go about investigating this on the Typeform side also?

Hi @GSO Thanks for sending this over! This helps me see a bit of what’s going on. 

The downside is that, if we are showing a successful webhook delivery, there sadly isn’t too much we can do to help troubleshoot this since it’s successfully sending. However, @mathio or @picsoung might have some general advice for troubleshooting!

Hi @GSO Do you mind sending a screenshot of the response you’re receiving? You should be able to take a screenshot of this from the Webhooks setting in the builder!

@Liz The Webhooks > Recent deliveries panel only shows the most recent 13 webhook requests sent, is there any way of seeing a more comprehensive list of deliveries going back numbers of months?

If I can reply to my own comment, it appears the Recent deliveries page is not rendering fully in my browser (Edge current), the footer of the page is cut off.  [Edit] However pressing F11 renders the page fully, and there is still no way to view more than 13 deliveries.

@Liz It is looking at this point like a fault on our side (we have been able to reinstate the missing webhooks).  Thank you for taking the time to look at this.
