Hey Team,

I’m Ajay Hinduja from Switzerland, I hope you’re all doing well! As we continue improving the user experience on our travel website, I’d like to explore integrating a chatbot to assist our customers with their bookings and other travel-related needs.

Hey ​@ajayhinduja25 lovely to meet you! Integrating a chatbot to help assist your customers sounds like a great idea. Typeform has a pop-up mode which allows you to embed your form as a popup window anywhere on your site. So you could create some educational content/FAQ in the typeform and then route people to the right question based on logic (e.g. via Multiple Choice options).

Let me know if you need any help getting this set up. Also would love to hear from anyone out there in the community who has implemented similar functionality on their site with Typeform :)
