Hi friends

I have set up a typeform with question branching and outcome logic which is all working fine. I have had several people test it and that’s ok too.

Except that when they have put in their email address to get their answers (optional) they get the below. I have added @all_answers which the help topics suggest should only show them the answers they saw but they seem to get everything and lots of blanks and these ‘counters’. This looks horrible and confusing!

Your typeform UKLS Product Configurator has a new response:

  • OK, so what would you like to be able to do?
I want to print and apply labels with one machine
  • You said I want to print and apply labels with one machine, what are you applying the labels to?
    onto a product
  • What size (width) of label do you need for print and apply?
    150mm
  • Finally, where will you position the labels?
    front
  • counter_0064b652_3bf7_4cc7_9965_4c11a5d91509
    0
  • counter_05374d65_7c4d_44fc_a5e7_63705e300e7c
    3
  • counter_0dd97229_c993_44b6_a47e_d96037062eae

  • counter_322e2bde_c404_4549_8c3c_72459d71df7e
    0
  • counter_3f854aed_0ccb_4933_bfe3_3871092a552c
    0
  • (and it goes on - there’s about 10 of them)

Does anyone know what is going wrong here? I’ll be very grateful for some ideas.

Thanks

@Zoester - welcome to the community from another user.

If you use “all answers” you will get all the details from all your questions and the variables that you have set up going to the user. If you have several complicated logic paths with many questions that the user did not see, they will get these details as well.

You should probably create the customized email that shows only the fields that you want to have them see. All Answers is easy but not the best thing to send.
