Not receiving any e-mail form typeform.

Hi,

Since the beginning of this week i’m not getting any notifications from the forms.  also tried to contact typeform and i saw they run a test.  But heard nothing from them?  Is there a other way to contact them?

I’m having the problem with all my forms..

Anyone else having this problem?   I’m letting my clients do check ins with typeform, Because of this problem i missed ALOT

Thanks! And have a nice evening

Hi @Wiljan Schreurs I would check with your email service provider to see if they’re filtering out emails since our support team has been contacting you. :( Every now and then, some providers will block emails from certain domains.

Hi @Wiljan Schreurs Thanks for stopping by! Our support team responded on Monday to your email, but they haven’t received a reply. :( I also had them check to see if your email address happened to unsubscribe to our emails, but it didn’t show that either. Would you mind checking your spam inbox to see if the emails are sending there? :grinning:

Hi @Liz, `Thanks for the fast reply..   I think the problem is with my “Info@” mail..   Did not receive any mail monday.. not even in the spam inbox..

is it possible that they could send it to: Wiljan@wiljanschreurs.nl?  i created a forward.

Hi @Wiljan Schreurs Ah yes, that’s probably the one they replied to! Did you see anything with that email?

Hi @Liz, haven’t received anything so far.
is it possible that the support team resent te email to wiljan@wiljanschreurs.nl ?

i think that the info@ is refusing to accept any mails from Typeform 😅

Hi @Wiljan Schreurs I do think the support team responded to that email, but if you haven’t already, I’d suggest checking the spam inbox! Oftentimes our emails can end up there. Do you mind checking that inbox?

Hi @Liz,    I did. Notting in the spam inbox.   The weirdest thing is that i’m getting a notification when you reply on this post.

But not receiving, Not even in spam, any other mails form Typeform

Hi @Liz,,  I contacted my e-mail provider.. They said this:
---
I understand that you will no longer receive the mail at TypeFrom. I see you are redirecting this to TypeForm via a TXT Record DNS setting. Unfortunately I cannot check these records for correctness. I recommend checking in the DNS configuration to see if everything is still set correctly here. Perhaps TypeForm has changed the DNS settings internally from within the system itself. Unfortunately I cannot check this.

I have checked my DNS settings but haven't changed anything in the last month’s.   And what i have set up is correct.

Anyway, i now also let the answers send to my personal e-mail, so i at least get any notifications. Doesn’t fix the problem though, but yea.

I now know the problem is with my work email..   my @wiljanschreurs.nl e-mail is blocking everything.

Last question, is it possible the support team can contact me on: Wiljan_schreurs@live.nl or Wiljanschreurspt@gmail.com

Hi @Wiljan Schreurs I asked our support team to contact you at those emails - let me know if you don’t receive anything shortly! They should then be able to run through tests of the notifications to see what’s happening in the backend. :grinning:
