Wondering if anyone here knows if there’s an option on the ‘Date’ question type to be limited to just MM/YYYY or if other parts of the date format that can be removed as well?

Removing the date, month or year field from 'Date' Question type.

It's not possible to customize the fields from the Date question. However, if you're willing to ask for the Month and Year, you could add 2 number questions asking for the month and for the year, respectively. Do you believe the workaround would solve your needs?

Is it still not possible to customize the date field? Adding extra questions to collect date info is not ideal.
