Outcome #2 going bonkers?

Hello! First timer here. I am creating an Outcome quiz and Outcome A went up easily. Now, I cannot choose answers for Outcome B, the drop down tab keeps opening the shutting. I did upgrade to an Essentials account. Any insight? I will log out and log back in, then try again.
