I have a ‘How did you hear about us?’ dropdown. It has 20+ options and appears on all our forms. Is there a way to update that field simultaneously on all the forms when we add a new option?

IE: If we add ‘Booth Event’ we would need to add it as an option on all our forms. Can we make it to where we update it on one form and sync it to the rest?

Hello @Cady Schmidt

I don’t think this is possible via the UI. However there are some workarounds:

  1. If those typeforms don’t exist yet, you could create a form with the “How did you hear about us?” question and copy it multiple times. Then edit the rest of each typeform.
  2. If you have technical skills or have a developer available you could update your in a batch forms via Create API.
  3. You could create one typeform with single “How did you hear about us?” question and redirect your respondents to this typeform after they fill out the first one. You can pass information from first typeform to the second one to identify your respondents.

Would any of the solutions above work for you?
