The persons who answer my form always receive a message at the end saying that there’s an ERROR 404

Just took a look at your form, and seems like your form is redirecting to https://www.differences-solidaires.ch/formulaire-dadhesion/
Which returns a 404.
Maybe if you change the URL of the redirection URL in the Settings of your form, this should solve your issue.

I tested your form, and I was able to submit the form successfully. Though, it looks like your redirect URL is showing this:
Since the form is working, you’ll want to look at your site to see why this error is appearing once the respondent is redirected here.

I don’t think it’s coming from the web site cause it’s always happening when they they send the responses. There’s nothing to see with the site but anyway i’ll check wih the webmaster
