Contact form to multiple email address


Hey guys, 
Quick question (and sorry if it has already been asked, I’m new here).

A client requested to me to integrate a contact form that could lead to multiple e-mail address upond the request. Examples = 

  • General inquiries email here
  • Sales inquiries email here
  • Other inquiries email here

The client doesn’t want the emails to be visible in anyways, so I thought to try through Typeform but i don’t get to find easily the perfect solution.

Any chances, someone would got an idea to help?

Hi @antoniooo. Welcome to the Typeform Community and Happy Friday! :hugging:

 

This wouldn't be possible within our product, since you can only customize one email address to receive notifications about form submissions. The good news is that you might be able to achieve that using this integration with Zapier.

 

At the moment, we don’t have a use case or guide for this so I'd advise you check with Zapier to be sure about how to set this up. But I hope this helps! =)

That’s incorrect, I see 5 email addresses in my form’s follow-ups > actions > receive email notification > edit “To” field shows 5 email addresses.

My issue? I can’t figure out how to change them, its just static text. So the accepted answer here does not apply to all users because somehow my form allows more than 1 notification email address, but because these are a static setting with no option to change them I suspect these were set prior to a restriction then lacking some mechanism to clean this up or after a restriction was loosened.

Still, not being able to edit the recipient email addresses for these form notifications is an off putting consumer experience.
