How to use Typeform to give the user a score at the end of the survey?

Hello ya-all!

I am looking to build a form of no more than 15 questions asking Industry Leaders if they suffer from Executive Burnout. In the end, I want to offer the user a score and the option to have a free consultation with one of our team. How do I do this?

Hi @David Carter Happy Monday! Sounds like this will be a very useful form for folks. ðŸ˜€

If you haven’t already seen, our outcome quiz should be an easy solution for this! You may also want to check out our scoring feature, too.

Once you’ve had a glance at these, our templates here can get you started on your form.
