I have created a 14-page Typeform, but you will be required to submit the form after having filled out the 12. Page
So 2 pages of the questionnaire are missing. Can anybody help me fixing this problem?

I had this problem too.
For me it was a mistake in the Logic.
Check all your jumps and make sure that none of the logic stops your typeform early. :)
