I’ve set up a form that works in its standard format, however when transformed into a “chat” the end screen doesn’t appear. Instead of the end screen appearing, the chat just closes as soon as the person enters their email address (rather than a “thanks for submitting your info!” end screen”).
Any ideas why this might be?
It works fine when it’s published as a normal form.
